  • Get to Know Sean

    Sean McDonald is the President of Your Full Potential, LLC.  He is an energetic speaker & trainer specializing in personal and professional development topics including strategic planning, effective networking skills, the importance of goal setting, business relationship-building, sales skills, delivering outstanding customer service, and maximizing profitability.  He is a frequent speaker at national conferences for the credit union industry and has also worked with companies in the manufacturing, direct sales, and retail industries.

    Sean has written extensively on many professional and personal growth topics and his work has been published in a variety of newspapers, trade magazines, and industry publications.  His first book, Stop Complaining! Start Growing! Lessons on Growing Your Business & Career focuses on professional and personal growth tactics and is available on Amazon.

    In March 2008, he was the recipient of the Business Development Professional of the Year award from the Credit Union National Association’s Marketing & Business Development Council.

    Sean resides in New Jersey with his wife and two children.

    • (1) 2-Day Conference for all participating credit unions to be held at a central location. (Travel expenses to be paid by credit union – not included in Academy tuition.)

    • (2) Sean will come to each participating credit union for up to 2 days of on-site training per year. The training is included in the tuition! (Credit unions would only need to reimburse Sean for his travel expenses.)

    • (3) Additional on-site work at participating credit unions (exceeding the 2 days listed above) is available for an additional fee.
